Summer Sign, Advertising, & Doll Spectacular
This rare 1950s-1960s Burgermeister Beer Burgie Man sign topper features the famous "Burgie Man" mascot used by the Burgermeister Brewing Corporation of San Francisco. Constructed of cast aluminum, the figure remains attached to its original metal mounting rod. The painted face is very clean, and his signature pink cheeks, black tuxedo paint, and side-glancing expression remain largely intact. Minor paint loss and light rubbing are present on the bald head and hands, which is typical for a commercial piece of this age. It measures approximately 7" W x 2" D x 23" H.
