Summer Sign, Advertising, & Doll Spectacular
This rare vintage 1971 "Malt Duck" single-sided cardboard advertising standee sign was manufactured for The National Brewing Co. of Baltimore, Maryland. Marked The National Brewing Co., Balt. MD, along with Phoenix, Miami, Detroit, and number 9016, the display retains its original prop-up on the reverse. The colorful design features a psychedelic 1970s pop-art style with a hippie couple wearing headbands and tinted glasses promoting the flavored malt liquor line with the slogan "Break Away from Yesterday." It measures approximately 20" W x 26" H.
