Head marked Heinrich Handwerck Simon Halbig, this antique German bisque head doll features a long brown human hair wig, blue sleepy eyes with upper and lower painted lashes as well as applied lashes, pierced ears, an open mouth with upper teeth, and a dimpled chin. Mounted on an antique composition jointed body marked Heinrich Handwerck, the doll is dressed in an antique cotton slip beneath an antique white cotton dress with socks and pink shoes accented with buckle details. It measures approximately 26" H with a 13" circumference. Overall, the doll is in fair condition. The head has a crack on the right side of the neck. The body is in good condition with good stringing.
