The Summer Discovery Toy Auction
This antique stereopticon viewer comes with its original box and more than 45 stereogram photographs. The viewer is constructed of wood with a metal viewing mask featuring engraved decoration and surrounded by red velvet. The velvet is coming away from the metal in places. The stereogram photographs include both marked and unmarked examples. Some are marked H.C. White Co. Publishers, The Perfec Stereograph, while others are marked European Series. The photographs depict a variety of people, places, and scenes from around the world. The viewer measures approximately 12" L.
