Tin Toy Car, Truck & Robot-Glasbrenner, Lodge
This is a Unique Art ca. 1940s boxed, super clean, tin, lithographed windup "Li’l Abner and His Dogpatch Band" toy featuring Abner and the Dogpatch family gathered around a piano. When wound by its dedicated key and switched on, Abner dances, Pappy plays the drums, Mammy leads the band with her baton, and Daisy Mae plays the piano. It includes a working stop/start slider on the side, and all parts and connections are secure and functional. This is approximately 9.5" L x 5" W x 8.5" H.
