This incredible Marx Spooky Kooky Tree is a large, glossy battery-operated tin character toy complete with its rare original illustrated box. Its arms raise and lower, its eyes open and wink, and it resonates and whistles (SPOOKY!). The leaves atop its head move as the figure pivots up and down, and the toy travels with a random drive action. It was tested during cataloging and found to be in working condition. The retaining clip at the front of the leaf hat, which secures the hat to the small metal rod that lifts it up and down, is no longer present. The on/off button does not cut power to the mechanisms. It measures approximately 14.5" H.
