Representing the unusual Canadian Dodge Mayfair, this larger three-tone sedan was produced by T.N., also known as Nomura Toys of Japan. The original box is titled "Friction Powered New Sedan." Finished in red, cream, and white, the toy retains its original paint with only light toning to the lithographed simulated suede side trim. The friction mechanism was tested during cataloging and found to be in working condition. The paint remains near mint, complemented by a clean bottom plate, clean rubber tires, and a white interior with red stripes. An expertly reproduced box accompanies this outstanding and difficult-to-find example. According to the collector, he has seen only three others. It measures approximately 11.25" L.
