The James Gillespie Estate Soldiers & Cast Iron Toys Auction
A challenging-to-find Kenton Speed Truck, circa 1938, retains its original green paint with a very nice patina and its original trailer bed. These toys were dipped in extremely thin paint, so at nearly 90 years of age, this toning is normal. The wheels have been replaced. Many of these toys were recycled during World War II, making this a great find. Play wear is present. It measures approximately 8" L. The overall condition is good.
