The James Gillespie Estate Soldiers & Cast Iron Toys Auction
An unusual Hubley Ahrens-Fox Fire Truck from circa 1940 combines cast iron parts with a die-cast body in a low-production design. The toy retains its original tires and rims, along with a nice driver, searchlight, nozzle, and pressure dome. Some touchup is present to the red finish. Unusual find! It measures approximately 7" L. The overall condition is very good.
