The James Gillespie Estate Soldiers & Cast Iron Toys Auction
An exceptionally hard-to-find pair of 1930s Italian Lenci dolls includes a bride measuring approximately 9" H and a groom measuring approximately 10" H. Both retain their original boxes, which are clean and intact. The groom is near mint, while the bride has minor staining to the dress. Both are marked 310/2. These were originally used at a wedding and posed near the cake, then placed into storage for more than 80 years! They come directly from the granddaughter of the original couple.
