Lot 307:
Description
Pre-World War I German souvenir of service bottle flask named to the 10th Regiment Artillery Division, likely referencing Dusseldorf, with crossed cannons depicted above the city name. The flask retains its original glass insert, which remains intact. It features a decorative screw-top shot glass lid surmounted by a figural soldier grasping a ram by the horns. The interior decoration shows a painted scene of a soldier riding away from his wife. The exterior details and lettering remain in very good condition, and the original rope is still present. The flask measures approximately 8.5" H.
