This highly unique 1930s Bob White Sign Co. convex porcelain barber pole sign features a striking half-cylinder design engineered to mount flush against a building corner or storefront pillar. The top is decorated with a patriotic blue globe studded with white stars above a "Modern Service" banner and traditional red, white, and blue barber pole stripes. The sign retains excellent color and gloss, with vibrant red, white, and blue graphics. The field shows some paint chipping, while the perimeter exhibits edge wear. The sign is marked at the bottom "Bob White Sign Co., Milwaukee" and "Pat. No. 1,688,012." It measures approximately 9" W x 3.75" D x 49" H.
