This framed collection features two antique ribbons from late 19th and early 20th century American fraternal and veteran organizations. The upper ribbon is associated with Easton Camp No. 1880 of the Modern Woodmen of America, Easton, Illinois, and retains its original metal emblem. The lower ribbon commemorates the Fifty-Third National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic held in Salt Lake City in August 1909 and bears the portrait of Department Commander Phillip C. Hayes. The ribbons are displayed in a wooden shadow box frame measuring approximately 9" W x 1.5" D x 21" H.
