Summer Sign, Advertising, & Doll Spectacular
Featuring four antique German Armand Marseille dolls, this lot includes a doll wearing a brown plaid outfit marked Columbia, with a brown wig, blue set eyes, an open mouth with teeth, and a bisque shoulder head on a leather body with lower bisque arms, measuring approximately 18" H with a 9" circumference. Also included is an Armand Marseille 390 bisque socket head doll with blonde mohair, brown sleepy eyes, and an antique composition body, dressed in a white dress, measuring approximately 18" H with a 10" circumference. The third doll is an Armand Marseille bisque shoulder plate doll marked 370, featuring blonde hair, blue set eyes, an open mouth, and an old leather and cloth body with lower bisque arms, measuring approximately 21" H with a 10.5" circumference. Completing the lot is an Armand Marseille Duchess doll with a brown wig, blue sleepy eyes, and a leather and cloth body with lower bisque arms, measuring approximately 24" H with an 11" circumference. Overall, the dolls are in good condition. The Duchess has a hairline on the back of the head and the body shows wear with tape present. All other dolls have heads free of damage, cracks, or repairs, the remaining bodies are in good condition, and all hands are free of damage.
