A charming collection of vintage Effanbee Patsy and Little Sister dolls includes a 12" Effanbee Little Sister doll with a composition swivel head, painted facial features, yarn hair, cloth body, and composition hands; a 15" Effanbee Walk Talk Sleep doll with a composition head and chest plate, cloth body, lower composition arms, molded and painted hair, painted facial features, and brown sleepy eyes, dressed in a floral dress; an 8.5" Effanbee Patsy Babyette with an all-composition bent-limb body, sleepy blue eyes, molded and painted hair and facial features, and all original clothing; a 13" Effanbee Patsy doll with molded and painted hair and facial features, sleepy brown eyes, an all-composition body, and its original dress and shoes; and an unmarked Patsy-type doll wearing a white dress with blue polka dots and matching bonnet, with molded and painted hair, eyes, and facial features. Overall, the dolls are in very good condition.
