Featuring an antique 24" Patent Washable doll alongside a German composition head and neck plate doll, this lot offers two charming early doll examples. The Patent Washable doll features blonde hair, almond-shaped blue set glass eyes, painted upper and lower lashes with brows, accented nostrils, a painted closed mouth, and a stuffed cloth body with lower composition arms and legs. She is dressed in an antique white dress with undergarments, socks, and shoes. Accompanying her is a 16" composition head and neck plate doll marked Germany, featuring set glass eyes, an open mouth with teeth, a cloth body with lower composition arms and legs, and dressed in a black outfit with matching hat. Overall, both dolls are in good condition with expected wear.
