A framed vintage optometrist/medical office policy sign reading, "Charges Are Made For All Examinations." The bottom line credits "Houston Printing Co., Dothan, Ala.", and includes the old-style telephone listings "Res. Phone 180/Office Phone 639," details consistent with the early twentieth century. The paper shows some discoloration throughout, along with extensive yellowing (foxing). The simple dark-stained wooden frame displays age-related scuffs. Measures approximately 9.5" L x 17.5" H.
