The James Gillespie Estate Soldiers & Cast Iron Toys Auction
This cast iron advertising still bank is shaped like an industrial furnace or boiler and is finished in red paint. The cylindrical body features embossed lettering on the front reading "PUT YOUR MONEY IN A MARSHALL / MARSHALL FURNACE CO / MARSHALL MICH." A cast access door detail is present on the reverse, and the coin slot is integrated into the seam across the top dome. It measures approximately 3" D x 4" H. The overall condition is excellent.
